Here are some projects and programs I've managed.

New Software (Change Management)

BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS: IT, Finance
DELIVERABLES: Videos, eLearning modules, technical training manual

ANALYSIS
The stakeholders asked me to create training to help targeted employees adjust to the new software as smoothly as possible.

DESIGN
I was paired with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to further scope out the details to formulate the necessary deliverables and the plan to roll them out and communicate the upcoming/new training. We also devised a plan for post-rollout support.

DEVELOPMENT
Using starter content from the software company's trainers and recorded meetings with SMEs, I wrote the script for each training video. Upon script approval, I partnered with SMEs to capture screen recordings which were in turn edited and inserted into eLearning modules. All necessary stakeholders were involved in the testing phase.

IMPLEMENTATION
Upon stakeholder approval of the modules, I partnered with the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to test the modules in the LMS environment. I partnered with stakeholders to finalize the post-rollout support plan.

EVALUATION
Per the client's request, my contract did not include a formal evaluation of how successful the implementation was; however, I did follow up with the client after the rollout at the following time frames: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, and 60 days. Key stakeholders reported that the new training was well received by targeted employees and positively helped transition from the old software to the new.

Cybersecurity Campaign (Awareness)

BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS: IT, Enterprise Security, Communications
DELIVERABLES: Motion graphic videos, animation video, eLearning modules

ANALYSIS
The stakeholders asked me to help create required quarterly cybersecurity training for the year for every employee. In our scoping sessions, I partnered with key stakeholders to identify the most prominent cybersecurity needs of the organization based on existing data.

DESIGN
In meetings with the key stakeholders, we finalized the topics for each quarter. I proposed eLearning modules along with promotional videos to raise excitement about the upcoming eLearning modules. For Q4, we decided to add an animation video. We also devised a plan to roll out the deliverables and communicate the quarterly training releases.

DEVELOPMENT
Using starter content from the SME, I wrote the script and storyboard for all the motion graphic videos, animation video, and eLearning modules. When vendors completed the promo videos and animation video, I inserted them into eLearning modules. All necessary stakeholders were involved in the testing phase.

IMPLEMENTATION
Upon stakeholder approval of the modules, I partnered with the LMS Administrator to test the modules in the LMS environment. I partnered with stakeholders to finalize the post-rollout support plan.

EVALUATION
Per the client's request, my contract did not include a formal evaluation of the campaign success; however, I did implement a brief learner satisfaction survey at the end of the modules. I also followed up with the client after the rollout at the following time frames: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, and 60 days. Key stakeholders reported that the new training was well received by targeted employees and they asked to renew their contract for the following year.

Wellness Campaign (Participation Increase)

BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS: IT, Safety & Health, Wellness, Communications
DELIVERABLES: Animated promotional videos, eLearning modules

ANALYSIS
Having seen my previous work leveraging humor to promote safety both at home and at work, the stakeholders asked me to partner the Safety & Health Department with the Wellness team to encourage employees to practice wellness both at work and at home.

DESIGN
In meetings with the key stakeholders, I proposed the theme "Taking Charge of Your Health" to empower employees. In Q1, the topic was "Taking Charge of Your Physical Health" and in Q3, it was "Taking Charge of Your Mental Health."

DEVELOPMENT
I created an e-Learning module for each. To build excitement for the upcoming modules, I wrote, directed, and oversaw the development animated promotional videos for each.

IMPLEMENTATION
Upon stakeholder approval of the modules and promotional videos, I partnered with the LMS Administrator to test the modules in the LMS environment. I partnered with stakeholders to finalize the post-rollout support plan.

EVALUATION
According to LMS reports, the Wellness Campaign saw a 50% increase in program participation.
